How does the free trial work?
Sign up at app.stemline.ai — full desk access for 14 days, no card required. We verify your email, then you set up your workspace.
What happens when the trial ends?
Without a subscription, the desk moves to read-only access so you can still view your book. Subscribe from the app when you are ready to restore full access.
When will Outlook and Gmail sync be available?
Coming soon — inbox sync and add-ins are rolling out desk by desk. Email integrations show as coming soon in the app until your firm is enrolled.
Which plans include AI rationales on the daily brief?

How is billing calculated?
Individual is a flat price. Desk and Pro bill per seat at the minimum shown (2 and 3 seats). Annual plans are billed at 10 months’ price (two months free).
Is my firm’s data isolated?
Yes. Contacts, comms, deals, and supplier relationships are firm-private at the database layer. Shared catalog data (ports, grades, indices) is industry reference.
