Privacy

Stemline operates a multi-tenant platform for marine bunker-fuel brokerage firms. Each firm's operational data — contacts, communications, fixtures, and supplier relationships — is isolated at the database layer.

The marketing site at stemline.ai does not collect personal data through contact forms. The operator application at app.stemline.ai handles authentication and firm-scoped data under separate terms applicable to registered users.

Email integrations

Outlook and Gmail sync, inbox add-ins, and the Chrome extension are coming soon for desks that have not been enrolled yet. Integrations show as coming soon in the app until your firm is onboarded.

Google user data & Limited Use

When Gmail integration is enabled for your firm, Stemline accesses email content only to provide features you request — such as syncing communications with known contacts and running triage or enquiry extraction with your approval. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, resale, or unrelated model training.

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Marketing imagery

Market figures, vessel positions, desk screenshots, and the brand film on this website are samples for marketing unless explicitly stated otherwise. They do not represent live market data or trading recommendations.

Operator access

Anyone may start a free trial at app.stemline.ai. Authentication uses magic-link email verification; subscription and billing are managed in the app.
